Neudi & C:o has been the main owner of Platzer since the mid-90s and today retains a holding of 30% in the business which is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange since 2013.
Sverigehuset is a property developer focusing on the Gothenburg residential market, both co-ops and condos for sale on the primary market and rental properties for its own management business. The company was founded in 1992 and has developed approximately 2,500 units since its inception. Sverigehuset is privately owned and a sister entity of Neudi & C:o owns part of the business.
